Chris is the owner of the Quadrum companies and oversees day-to-day operations, underwriting, investor relations, and capital allocation for Quadrum.
With over 25 years of experience in the construction, development, and mortgage industries, Chris brings extensive expertise in structured financing and project management. He holds a General Management degree from the University of Lethbridge, specializing in accounting and finance.
Chris is the Broker and is licensed by RECA and BCFSA to deal in mortgages and is registered with the ASC as the Ultimate Designated Person, Dealing Representative and Chief Compliance Officer for Quadrum Capital Corp., the firm’s Exempt Market Dealer business.
Lucas Vander Veen, Controller & Operations Manager
Lucas brings over a decade of experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and operational leadership. At Quadrum Mortgage Corp., he manages financial operations, cash flow, and regulatory compliance, ensuring efficiency in the firm’s mortgage and construction lending activities.
Lucas holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Diploma in Financial Services and Administration. He is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Calgary with a specialization in finance, further refining his expertise in financial strategy, risk management, and process optimization.

She plays a key role in Quadrum’s lending operations by working closely with senior underwriters, acting as a borrower liaison, and tracking project milestones to ensure efficient execution.
Tatiana is a licensed mortgage associate in Alberta, has completed the Canadian Securities Course, and holds a diploma in Business Administration.

Bill maintains a Director role at Quadrum, and provides additional oversight on lending and capital decisions. He also serves as a director and holds ownership interests in multiple privately held companies.
